Earlier in their career, Anders worked as a scuba diving instructor and held various roles at notable consulting firms including Strategy&, PA Consulting Group, and Efficio, specializing in commercial development and strategy execution. They hold a Master's degree in Management Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Production and Construction from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, along with a PADI IDC Staff Instructor certification.
