Iben Nelson

Iben Nelson serves as an Engagement Manager and Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group since February 2016, specializing in leadership development programs, team development processes, and change management in complex transformations. With extensive experience in facilitation and training, Iben has contributed to cultural and behavioral change processes and designed a variety of training programs including the Change Impact Academy. Iben has a background in project management and team building, previously holding roles at Københavns Kommune and CoastZone A/S, among others. Iben Nelson's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Aarhus University, alongside a background in sports. Certifications include Wholebrain, Actee change facilitator, and Full Engagement practitioner. Iben is also the author of the book “Virtual Facilitation - Create more engagement and impact."
