Jacob Theilgaard

Jacob Theilgaard is an experienced Organization Transformation Consultant at Implement Consulting Group since April 2014 and serves as an Advisor Board member at YoungConsult since August 2016, contributing to the company's evolution. With a history in various roles at Mannaz A/S from 2005 to April 2014, including Principal Consultant and Portfolio Manager & LD Director, Jacob focused on leadership program development and integrating technology into learning platforms. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Rambøll Management and Occupational Psychologist at BST Århus, alongside experience as a Leadership Development Consultant at the Danish School of Public Administration. Jacob holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Arts in Information Technology from Aalborg University, further complemented by certifications in Sociocracy and Holacracy.
