Kasper Julin

Kasper Julin is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG consulting, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at MT Højgaard Holding since February 2025, where responsibilities include coordinating group-wide initiatives and preparing for new legislation in the construction industry. Julin's experience also encompasses a role as a Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, delivering projects focused on sustainability strategies, decarbonisation, and CSRD readiness. Previous positions include extensive leadership roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing commercial planning and digital innovation to managing operations and financial performance. Julin holds a Master in Sustainable Leadership from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, alongside various leadership training programs.
