Lars Nielsen

Lars Nielsen is a seasoned professional in project and management consulting with a focus on cyber security and governance risk compliance (GRC). Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group since August 2023, Lars has extensive experience leading cyber security initiatives, notably at TERMA Group, where leadership involved the implementation of governance structures and oversight of the Cyber Security Governance board. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Vestas, where Lars contributed to the establishment of a cyber security functional area for wind power plants, and at GRUNDFOS Holding A/S, focusing on electronic production line projects.
