Nicoline Schmidt

Nicoline Schmidt is a Junior Consultant at Implement Consulting Group since November 2023, previously holding the position of Process Owner and Student Worker in Business Operations at KMD from November 2020 to April 2023. Responsibilities at KMD included managing Business Insight Reporting through monthly KPI reports for management and employing Microsoft Power BI for data visualization. Nicoline contributed to Service Level Management by defining new service levels in ServiceNow and maintaining existing ones, while also being an integral part of the Decommission Team, overseeing the decommissioning of servers and updating Power BI dashboards. Nicoline possesses a BSc in Cognitive Science from Aarhus University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Innovation & Management at the IT-Universitetet i København, following a high school education with a focus on Social Studies, English, Math, and German from Vejen Gymnasium og HF.
