Per Sander

Per Sander is an experienced professional in financial crime prevention and operations, currently serving as the Head of FCP Operations at Lunar since August 2020. Under Per Sander's leadership, the team expanded from 8 to 50 individuals while developing core banking capabilities across the Nordics, including onboarding and ongoing due diligence for both consumer and business sectors. Prior to Lunar, Per Sander held several roles at Nordea from April 2017 to August 2020, including Head of Key Support Functions, where a new operational model was implemented, and Head of Workforce Planning, focusing on strategic workforce planning for over 1,300 employees. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Right People Group and participation in a graduate program at Capgemini Sogeti Danmark A/S. Per Sander holds a Master of Science in Philosophy and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
