Rasmus Rytter

Rasmus Rytter is a partner at Implement Consulting Group, specializing in benefits realization at the project and portfolio level, as well as organizational change. They have authored three books and numerous articles on the subject and are a well-regarded speaker. Since 2013, Rasmus has been involved with Implement Consulting Group, focusing on the design and transformation of project organizations. Prior to this role, Rasmus accumulated over a decade of experience in project and program management across both public and private sectors. Rasmus holds a master’s degree in management accounting from Aarhus University.
