Sofie Järlid

Sofie Järlid is an experienced professional with a focus on management consulting and supply chain agility. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at Implement Consulting Group since August 2018, Sofie has progressed through roles such as Senior Management Consultant and Management Consultant. Prior to this, Sofie completed a master thesis during a brief tenure in the retail sector, which involved designing a performance measurement system for supply chain agility. Previous experience includes internships at IKEA Group as a Supply Planner and at Flextrus AB in various production planning roles. In addition, Sofie was involved in corporate sales efforts at Teknologkåren vid Lunds Tekniska Högskola, enhancing connections between businesses and engineering students. Sofie holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
