Anna Nowak, MSc, PMP, CMP, serves as the Vice President of Operations at Implementation Engineers since May 2023. Previously, Anna held roles at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, where strategic initiatives significantly improved supplier capabilities and transport logistics from the US to Europe. Anna's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Baxter International Inc., focusing on Design for Six Sigma, and Tenneco, where strategic program management and process excellence were key responsibilities. Anna also founded and operated AD Consulting Inc. and contributed to quality management in various capacities at Tenneco. Anna holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology.
