Bob Yoon

Bob Yoon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, operations, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Win Enterprises, LLC and a Senior Consultant at CBC Consulting since 2021, Bob has established a foundation in human-centered business process improvement through the founding of Compass Improvements & Services LLC, which focuses on mindfulness and compassion in organizational practices. Additional roles include Senior Operations Analyst at Implementation Engineers and Independent Process and Supply Chain Consultant. Previously, Bob held positions as Continuous Improvement Manager at PEACOCK ENGINEERING COMPANY, LLC, and Continuous Improvement Engineer at Kraft Foods, where a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification was earned. Academic credentials include a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Performer’s Certificate in Clarinet Performance from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Brandeis University.
