Dan Burgos

Dan Burgos serves as the President and CEO of Alphanova Consulting since March 2016, focusing on helping mid-market manufacturers achieve sustained profitable growth through leadership development, culture engagement, and effective operational strategies. In addition to this role, Dan has held positions such as Senior Operations Analyst at Implementation Engineers and Sr. Lean Consultant at HKPO Lean Six Sigma Experts. Experience includes serving as Global Supply Chain Manager at Greiner Aerospace and Materials Manager at Brady Corporation, with responsibilities spanning supply chain management, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Dan holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and two degrees from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, including a Master of Science in Quality Management and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering.
