Derek Lane

Derek Lane is an experienced operations analyst and maintenance manager with a strong background in asset performance and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Implementation Engineers, Derek leads the design and implementation of systems and processes, mentors staff, and oversees the rollout of D365 EAP/ERP/CMMS and SAP systems. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at GlobalMed Inc., where significant upgrades increased plant capacity, and Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Parmalat Canada, managing a substantial budget and capital projects.
