Don Wilson

Don Wilson serves as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Implementation Engineers as of October 2023. Previously, Don held the position of VP Supply Chain & Planning at Zwipe from January 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of supply chain, contract negotiations, and logistics in a startup environment. Prior to Zwipe, Don was the Supply Chain Manager at Philips, overseeing operations at a $300M medical device factory and implementing strategies that significantly reduced production line shortages. Additional experience includes roles at Spectranetics, Johns Manville, and Emerson Process Management, where Don focused on materials management, productivity leadership, and strategic manufacturing initiatives. Don holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BSEE from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
