Karen Brodbeck

Karen Brodbeck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Lean and Six Sigma training and leadership development. Since October 2002, Karen has served as President of Strategic Leadership Solutions, providing a range of training in these methodologies. In addition, Karen has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine since August 2015, teaching Lean Six Sigma courses. Karen's career includes roles such as Senior Operations Analyst at Implementation Engineers and previous positions at Edison Community College and Constellation Energy, where training in problem-solving and project management was provided. Karen also worked as a Master Black Belt in various firms, educating Black Belts and Green Belts in Six Sigma, and has a background as a Quality Manager at Navistar. Karen holds an M.S. in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University and a B.S. in Chemistry Education from Huntington University.
