Mike Whitten

Mike Whitten is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in leading Performance Excellence implementation projects for multi-industry manufacturing clients. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Implementation Engineers since December 2015, Mike has previously held roles including Operations Excellence Team Lead at Maine Pointe and Client Partner II at Evolve Partners, where expertise was demonstrated in Operations Excellence and change management. As the founder of One Billiards LLC, Mike successfully grew a retail gameroom furniture business. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions at Airborne Express, where Mike coordinated a $70 million technology initiative, and in the US Army as a Platoon Leader in the 101st Airborne Division. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
