Anil Annadata

Anil Annadata leads Implemo to significant growth in the CRM consulting market. Prior to Implemo, Anil was Senior Director of Engineering at Siebel Systems where he spent more than 9 years (including Scopus, Inc). While at Siebel Systems, he was responsible for developing the Siebel Call Center product line. He was also responsible for Common Components and Application Engines which are the core modules in all vertical applications. He has worked with many large Siebel CRM implementations to make them successful.

Anil is a frequent industry speaker and has numerous publications in the field of Call Center software. His design of Adaptive CTI Bridge won the "Best of the Show" at World CTI Expo. He is also the primary inventor of numerous patents in the Call Center enterprise software. He has a M.S in Computer Science from University of Hawaii, Manoa.
