Tom Gilmore

Tom Gilmore, PMP, CISSP is an experienced project manager and cybersecurity professional with a diverse background in cloud engineering, risk analysis, and security management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton since December 2021, Tom also holds the position of Data Systems Engineering Officer with the United States Marine Forces Reserve. As a Senior Cloud Engineer and Principal at IMPLERUS, Tom is actively involved in federal government cloud migration initiatives. Tom's prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Hill Top Security, where responsibilities encompassed product delivery for risk management software solutions catering to Chief Information Security Officers (CISO). Additionally, Tom has a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded Hill Top Security and served as President and CEO of Omega Defense Systems. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Cybersecurity at Marymount University, Tom also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Homeland Security from American Military University and an Executive Certification in Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame.
