Slava Hraichenko is an accomplished technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and IT management. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Implex since November 2019, Slava leads a team in providing custom web and mobile development services. Previously, Slava served as a Partner at SocialTalents Inc, overseeing daily business operations and managing sales activities. Additional roles include IT Director at eCommerce ABO.UA, where significant improvements in IT services and business processes were achieved, and Deputy Head of IT Projects at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, contributing to a major network enhancement project. Slava has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Aviation University and multiple ITIL and project management certifications.
