Benjamin Boutanquoi

Benjamin Boutanquoi has over 20 years of work experience. Benjamin began their career in 1998 as a Thesard CIFRE and Engineer of Study for Capgemini. In 2002, they moved to Cogitel as an Engineer of Study. In 2003, they took a Post Doctorate position at LIMSI CNRS. In 2006, they joined Aubay as an Engineer of Study, where they were responsible for the asynchronous interface and real-time models for a space launcher. Benjamin then moved to Yakaz in 2009 as an R&D Engineer in Computer Science. In 2013, they joined LeGuide.com as a Senior Java Developer. In 2017, they moved to Stormize as an Architect and Data Scientist, where they were responsible for the development of a backend reporting system for e-commerce and the research and development of models (deep learning/LSTM) for purchase intention prediction. In 2019, they joined BlaBlaCar as a Senior Data Scientist. Currently, they are a Lead Data Scientist at Implicity.

Benjamin Boutanquoi completed their Doctorat in Sciences Cognitives from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 1998 and 2003. Benjamin then went on to receive their DEA in Intelligence Artificielle et Reconnaissance des Formes from Pierre and Marie Curie University between 1995 and 1996. Benjamin's educational career began in 1989, when they obtained their Ingénieur in Informatique from ESIEE.
