Krissy Robertson Gregory

Krissy Robertson Gregory, CCDS, is a Lead Customer Success Manager currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Alabama. Previously, they served as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Philips, where they drove customer retention and growth by understanding business needs and facilitating successful product roll-outs. Before that, Krissy was a Senior Remote Care Coordinator and Onboarding Specialist at Geneva Health Solutions, assisting in the onboarding of over 70 cardiology practices. They also gained experience as a Field Clinical Specialist at BIOTRONIK, providing sales support for medical devices.
