Julie Baudoin

Julie Baudoin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable development and mergers and acquisitions. Since September 2018, Julie has been serving as the Manager of Sustainable Development at implid, where responsibilities include advising business leaders on external growth projects, fundraises, and overseeing various aspects of financial analysis, documentation, and negotiations. Prior experience includes roles at EMLYON Business School and Lyon Métropole Angels, focusing on deal flow management and event coordination for angel investment networks. Julie also held roles at AB FUNDING involving fundraise processes and legal documentation oversight, as well as project co-management for social innovation with Unis-Cité. Julie holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Project Management and Innovation from Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI).
