Grant Henderson

Grant Henderson has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. In that year, they began as a Senior Consultant at AndersElite. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Branch Manager and Regional Trainer at Hill McGlynn. In 2009, they took on the role of Director at Incorporate Consulting Limited. In 2010, they Co-Founded i3 profiling, an on-line personality assessment. In 2017, they became Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director at The MCG Group, as well as a Non Executive Director at Imployable App.

Grant Henderson obtained a Diploma in Marketing & Business Management from Damelin in 1996-1997. Grant also obtained a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they attended Kearsney College from 1991-1996. Additionally, they have a CIPD - Training Practice certification.
