Paul Vice MC served in HM Forces as a Royal Marines Commando for 16 years, completing six operational tours, primarily in Afghanistan and Iraq. From 2016 to 2018, they transitioned into coaching roles, working with disadvantaged groups as a Development and Performance Coach with Motiv-8 SW Ltd and as a Life Skills Coach for the Exeter Chiefs. Currently, they are the founder and Disability Coordinator at Zero Barrier, where they focus on enhancing accessibility and representation in film and television. Additionally, Paul holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at Fourwho® / Imployable®.
