Libby Watson has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment within the visual effects and production industries. Currently serving as Talent Manager at Important Looking Pirates VFX since November 2025, Libby previously held the role of Senior Recruitment and Talent Manager at Framestore from April 2021 to November 2025. Prior positions include Studio and Talent Manager at 1920, Creative & Commercial Directors Assistant at We the Curious, and various management roles at Framestore, including Crew Manager and 3D Commercials Manager. Libby also worked as a Specialist Factual Editorial Administrator at Channel 4 and as Puppet Production Coordinator for Tim Burton's 'Corpse Bride' at Warner Bros. Productions Ltd. Libby began a career in production coordination at Aardman. Libby Watson holds a BA Hons 2:1 in English Literature from the University of York, which was completed between 1985 and 1995.
