Becci Jones is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment initiatives across the Web3 space. Currently serving as Talent Lead at Impossible Cloud Network since July 2025, Becci previously held roles as a recruiter at Spearbit Labs and Cantina in June 2025. Prior to this, Becci co-founded IPTS - Interplanetary Talent Services, overseeing the talent function from December 2023 to March 2025 and successfully partnering with top Web3 companies to enhance team development. Becci also contributed to recruiting leadership at Protocol Labs from July 2022 to December 2023, guiding a team of recruiters during transformative changes and supporting client hiring needs. Becci holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University.
