Henning Renken is currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, with a focus on work psychology, and plans to graduate in October 2024. Henning has gained substantial experience in personnel selection through internships at the Federal Employment Agency and RehaAssessment Stralsund, as well as a role at a psychotherapeutic center assisting with diagnostics and report creation. Presently, Henning serves as HR-Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead at Impossible Cloud and has held positions as a recruiter and project consultant, showcasing strengths in developing selection instruments and conducting assessments. Henning earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with honors, graduating as valedictorian from Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes.
