Mark Wong is the founder of IMPOSSIBREW®, where innovative brewing methods are developed since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Planning Officer at Manulife from May 2019 to August 2021, and as Head Bartender at Zerve Plus from September 2016 to May 2017. Mark's early career involved an internship at the Chambers of K.M. Chong from June 2015 to June 2016. Academically, Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Durham University (2017-2020) and has obtained a WSET qualification in Wine and Spirits from AWSEC (2015-2019), as well as an International Bartender License from HKCS (2016-2017).
