James Swaffield

James Swaffield has diverse work experience in the consulting and research field. James is currently working as the Director and Head of Health at IMPOWER Consulting since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Client Director at Gate One, a consultancy specializing in complex business transformation, from November 2015 to February 2020. James also worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from May 2011 to November 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a Consultant at Tribal Group from July 2009 to April 2011 and as a Research Fellow at Policy Exchange from 2006 to 2008.

James Swaffield obtained their BA in Geography from the University of Oxford from 2001 to 2004. James then pursued an MSc in Cities, Space and Society at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2005 to 2006.
