Diliara Lupenko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2005, they joined KPMG as a Manager in the Transaction Services Group, where they managed projects and teams, conducted financial due diligence, and prepared companies for IPOs and restructuring. Diliara worked at KPMG until 2010.
In 2008, Lupenko also worked as an ACCA lecturer at BBDO Group Russia, where they provided instruction on financial accounting and auditing. Diliara held this role for one year.
In 2010, Lupenko joined Roca Sanitario, S.A. as the COO and CFO of the Aquaton division. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing operations and finances. Diliara worked at Roca Sanitario, S.A. for eight years.
In 2013, Lupenko co-founded Style Me Up, a company in the fashion industry. Diliara played a key role in establishing the company and served as a co-founder until 2017.
Most recently, starting in 2019, Lupenko became the COO and co-founder of Impress. Impress is a leading chain of invisible orthodontic clinics in Europe. In this role, they have revolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector through the implementation of the latest technology and a unique business model. Impress has garnered recognition as one of the top fastest-growing HealthTech companies by Forbes and is listed as a LinkedIn Top 10 start-up.
Diliara Lupenko pursued their education in a chronological order. Diliara attended the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in International Economic Relations. In 2004, they participated in the Exchange Program at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), specializing in Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Diliara Lupenko also holds a certification from ACCA, obtained at an unspecified time from ACCA institution.
