Craig Bates

Craig Bates is an experienced professional in client success and project management, currently serving as Client Success Lead and Wellbeing Co-Lead at Impression since July 2021. Prior to this, Craig held various roles at m360, including Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager, where management of complex marketing projects was key. Craig's experience extends back to CPL – Cambridge Publishers Ltd and Cambridge Assessment, where roles encompassed senior client services and print management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Creative Writing from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Sheffield.
