Maksym Shpak

Maksym Shpak has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Maksym started their career at Edvantis Software in 2016, where they worked as a Software Developer on a web-based enterprise application. Maksym'sresponsibilities included back-end and front-end development, assisting in product requirements creation, and participating in decision-making processes regarding the application's architecture.

In 2018, Maksym joined Guesty as a Software Engineer. Here, they continued to focus on back-end and front-end development for the ultimate property management platform for short-term and vacation rentals. Maksym was involved in defining product requirements, implementing integration with various third-party APIs, and providing technical and customer support. Additionally, they were responsible for the setup and maintenance of logging and monitoring systems.

Maksym then moved on to Intellias, where they held the roles of Software Developer and Senior Software Developer. Maksym worked on the ultimate property management platform, similar to their previous position at Guesty. Maksym'sresponsibilities included full ownership of application parts, conducting technical interviews, and mentoring colleagues. Maksym also gained expertise in technologies such as NodeJS, Angular, React, Redux, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Microservices, AWS, Grafana, and REST.

Most recently, Maksym joined Impressit as a Software Engineering Delivery Lead. Maksym leads a team and is responsible for the successful delivery of software engineering projects. Earlier, they were a Team Lead NodeJS Engineer at the company.

Throughout their career, Maksym has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, experience with various technologies, and the ability to successfully contribute to the development of complex software solutions in different industries.

Maksym Shpak obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business administration of small and medium businesses from AGH University of Krakow in 2017. Additionally, in the same year, they also pursued a Master's degree in Management in foreign and customs activity from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
