Founded by next-generation real estate leader Shiral Alexander, Impressive Property Group is one of Sydney’s most dynamic real estate development companies. Group is made up of a team of professionals whose combined experience and understanding of the development industry have placed them at the forefront of their field. Each team member brings their expertise and commitment to every aspect of building profitable partnerships and properties.

For us, it's about supporting you to build your portfolio, rather than just property transactions.

Impressive Property emerged from humble beginnings in 2013. From its inception, the vision of the business was to help every Australian achieve the dream of buying land and a home for their family and create wealth through investing in property.

We have achieved high returns for our clients through our wealth of experience in successful property developments, including subdivision projects, housing projects, and townhouse development projects in the South West and North West regions of Sydney.

We are proud that we have been able to apply our experience and insights to help many first-home buyers and investors achieve their property goals.
