John Phan

John Phan has extensive experience in technical training and content development, currently serving as the Principal Technical Trainer & Implementation Engineer at Imprivata since January 2014. In this role, John conducts customer and partner training through various instructional techniques, providing mentorship to instructors on courseware development. Previously, John worked as a Technical Contents Developer and Instructor at Ping Identity, focusing on creating technical presentations, lab exercises, and certification exams, and delivering training sessions. John also held the position of Lead Development Trainer at Bottomline Technologies, where responsibilities included content development for technical presentations and self-serve lab exercises. John holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from RMIT University.
