Meredith Kramer

Meredith Kramer is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Imprivata, responsible for managing an executive and strategic customer portfolio and utilizing CRM for data organization since July 2022. Prior to this role, Meredith served as a Customer Success Manager at SecureLink, which was acquired by Imprivata, and previously worked as an Apprentice Claims Adjuster at Hays Adjusting Services and a Marketing Events Coordinator at NetGain Technologies, LLC. Early career experience includes non-profit development and management at Maker's Mark Secretariat Center, where research on donors was conducted and a recurring donor program was designed. Meredith holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Communication and Horticulture - Fruit and Vegetable Production from Auburn University, as well as brief education at Oglethorpe University.
