Niteen Borge

Niteen Borge is an experienced engineering manager currently at Imprivata since February 2022, with a previous role as engineering manager at Homesite Insurance from November 2014 to February 2022. Niteen has led diverse teams of software engineers, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation, while also managing multiple teams and training junior programmers. Niteen's earlier positions include lead and senior developer roles, where significant contributions to branding solutions and system reengineering were made. Niteen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from MGM College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai. Prior to these academic achievements, a diploma in Information Technology was obtained from Dr. D. Y. Patil Polytechnic.
