Scott Richards

Scott Richards is an experienced professional in technical architecture and implementation management, currently serving as the Sr. Technical Architecture Manager at Imprivata since February 2004. In this role, Scott focuses on increasing customer lifetime value and overseeing a team of Implementation Engineers to effectively implement Imprivata products and provide additional services. Previous positions at Imprivata include Manager of North America Professional Services and Technical Deployment Manager, where Scott championed customer needs and drove successful deployments of the OneSign platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Xevo and Marcam. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Mount Ida College.
