Alex Pshul has a strong background in software development and architecture, with experience in various companies and roles. Alex is currently working as the Chief Software Architect at Impro.AI, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CodeValue from 2015 to 2021, where they served as a Software Architect and Software Consultant. In these positions, they led the architecture process, translated customer requirements into architecture designs, and explored different technologies. Alex also worked at Verint as a C# Senior Developer from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on WinForms and WPF development. Additionally, they worked at Elbit Systems Ltd as a .Net Developer from 2012 to 2013, and at the Israeli Air Force as a .Net Developer from 2010 to 2012. In these roles, they gained experience in WPF development, guidance of junior developers, and GIS development using the ArcMap software.

Alex Pshul has a diverse education history in the field of computer programming. In 2010, they completed a programming course at IDF MAMRAM, focusing on software development. Following this, from 2020 to 2021, Alex attended Seneca College where they obtained a Diploma of Education with a specialization in Computer Programming. In addition to their formal education, Alex has also obtained various certifications. They acquired the CompTIA A+ Certification in August 2007. They later became a Microsoft Azure MVP in March 2021 and received a Computer Programming certification from Seneca College in January 2022.
