Prior to this role, they worked as a Platform Manager at Microsoft Office 365 Education and as an Interactive Solutions Consultant at AL-KHALEEJ COMPUTERS & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Humanities from the Learning Design and Technology Program at San Diego State University. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from TESOL in 2014. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Aleppo.
