Improv + Ability combines improvisation skills (mainly as taught at The Second City and Improv Olympic) with 25 years of experience forming and running successful companies. Through targeted coaching, stories, and even some improvisational thinking games, Improv + Ability will help engage, educate, and motivate employees.
