Through coaching and transformative learning approach, we cultivate all key- person in education's intrinsic motivation in learning. We inspire them to hone their potential into strengths consisting of cognitive, intrapersonal, and interpersonal competencies. Furthermore, we also participate in improving the quality of educators by providing training in coaching-style education. We will learn together to be educators as coaches. Moreover, we apply all coaching methods and leadership principles to help all key-person in education, students, teacher, lecturer, parents, and educational leaders, reach meaningful transformation.
