Emma Sumner

Emma Sumner is an experienced professional currently serving as an ECO Administrator at The Improveasy Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held multiple positions at Simon Jersey from September 2021 to October 2023, including Customer Service Specialist, Sales Support Administrator, and Senior Customer Service Advisor. Emma's earlier experience includes a Shift Leader role at Tesco, where management of a 20-person team and payroll responsibilities were key duties, along with experience in customer service as a Customer Assistant.
