Johan Telen

Johan Telen is the President of ImprovementatWork, a consulting company specializing in accelerating biotechs to their first submission. Previously, Johan held positions at Tibotec-Virco and Centocor BV within the Johnson & Johnson Group, focusing on introducing Process Excellence and supporting global virology franchises. Prior to that, Johan worked as a Management Consultant at Bekaert Stanwick and held various roles at Eternit NV. Johan holds a degree in Engineering, Chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
