Frank van den Bos has extensive experience in organizational consultancy and interim management within the healthcare and social domains, currently serving at Improven since April 2004. Specializing in enhancing governance and operational performance, Frank has guided strategic change initiatives and implemented cost-saving measures. Previously, as Sectorleader Healthcare Advisory at ConQuaestor, Frank developed market strategies and oversaw consultant collaborations across various disciplines. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at IBM and Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, both focused on process management, alongside experience in planning and control with the Municipality of Haarlem and facility management at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
