Ben Russell has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Ben currently works as the Head of Customer Success at ImproveWell LTD since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Firefly Learning from February 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Account Management Team Lead at Firefly Learning from September 2017 to February 2019. Ben also worked at Yieldify as a Senior Account Manager from June 2015 to May 2017 and as an Account Manager from November 2014 to June 2015. Ben started their career at Groupon UK & IE as a Key Account Manager for Live Events & Ticketing from December 2011 to November 2014.
Ben Russell attended the University of Surrey from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature.
