Anju Yadav

Anju Yadav is the Head of People at Improving, having transitioned from InfraCloud Technologies in April 2025. With extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, Anju has held various roles within InfraCloud, focusing on setting strategic hiring goals, encouraging feedback, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes. Prior to InfraCloud, Anju worked at CloudCover, peel-works, Treebo Hotels, and Mindpool Technologies, gaining expertise in sourcing and selecting candidates for technology roles. Anju holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
