Dave Sidwell

Dave Sidwell is currently the President of Improving, a role they have held since 2023. They previously served as the Managing Director of Enterprise Collaboration at Tahoe Partners from 2014 to 2021, focusing on collaborative solutions to enhance workforce productivity. Dave also held significant roles as CTO and VP of Technology at Dominion Enterprises and as VP of Web Development at eNeighborhoods in 2007. Their earlier career includes positions at Accenture and as a co-founder of Katabat Corporation, where they contributed to the development of technology solutions for the real estate industry.
