Ed Grannan has extensive experience in quality assurance and management across various organizations. Currently, Ed serves as QA, PM, SCM, and CSP at Improving Enterprises since 2009, while also holding multiple leadership roles as General Manager - BCS, Principal Engineer, QA, PM, PSM, and CSM at Improving since July 2007. Prior experience includes the position of QA Manager at Objectspace from 1999 to 2001, and Test Lead at Alcatel from 1996 to 1999.
