Ehren Seim

Ehren Seim has extensive experience in the technology services industry, currently serving on the Advisory Board at Improving since August 2020, following a notable tenure as President where accomplishments included rebuilding the team after a significant acquisition and achieving financial stability amid challenges. Prior to the acquisition by Improving, Ehren co-owned and operated Object Partners, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, leading the company's growth from 30 employees and $5 million in revenue to over 300 employees and $70 million. Earlier career roles included positions in business development and talent acquisition at various companies, including Tech-Pro, Inc. and TAJ Technologies. Ehren holds a Bachelor's Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
