Erick Baz

Erick Baz has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Erick began their career in 2007 as a Research and Development Consultant for the IT department at Castelec Internacional S.A. de C.V. During their time there, they worked on various projects for the LP Gas industry, including the development of mobile applications for gas trucks and delivery trucks, as well as systems to support the operation of storage plants. In 2015, Erick joined Improving as a .Net / Xamarin Developer, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they gained experience and expertise in .Net and Xamarin development. Erick then transitioned to the role of Technical Lead at Improving, where they served for two years before being promoted to the position of Technical Delivery Manager in October 2019. Throughout their career, Erick has demonstrated their technical skills and ability to lead and manage projects in the IT industry.

Erick Baz holds a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Digital systems and computing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba. Erick completed their Master's degree program from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on Instrumentation and Control from the same institute, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Erick Baz has obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they obtained Exam 483: Programming in C# certification from Microsoft. In June 2019, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™. Lastly, Erick obtained the Certified Scrum Developer certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2017.
